Working principle of Backflushing Mechanical Dust Collector:
The dust-containing gas enters the upper space of the filter chamber tangentially. The large particles and the condensed dust particles rotate under the centrifugal force along the wall of the tube and fall into the ash hopper. The small particles of dust are dispersed in the gap between the bags of the filter chamber and are retained by the filter bag. The purified air passes through the bag wall through the filter bag guide port on the flower plate. Collected in a clean room, inhaled by a ventilator. As the filtration condition continues, the dust remaining on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance of the airflow is gradually increased.
