Small boiler bag filter generally refers to small ceramic multi-tube cyclone dust collector or small bag filter, and small boiler bag filter has the advantages of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The small boiler dust collector is a kind of dust removal equipment. The dust removal efficiency is up to 95%. The main body resistance of the dust collector is less than 900Pa. The existing boiler induced draft fan can ensure the normal operation of the boiler. The load capacity of the small boiler dust collector is better. At 70% load, the dust removal efficiency is above 94%.
The cyclone in the small boiler dust collector is made of cast iron or ceramics and has a thickness of more than 6 mm, so it has good wear resistance. Small boiler dust collectors are ideal for industrial boiler flue gas dedusting and other dust management.
1. The air inlet and outlet of the boiler bag filter are integrated into one, separated by inclined partitions, and the airflow is evenly distributed. It plays the role of pre-dusting and anti-fire star on the dust-containing gas, avoiding the dust directly washing the bag and reducing the dust. The dust concentration of the gas prolongs the life of the dust bag and the electromagnetic pulse valve.
2. The dust bag is made of high temperature resistant cloth bag and the working temperature is <200 °C.

4. The cleaning spray pipe adopts an elongated type to keep the pulse electromagnetic pulse valve away from high temperature flue gas, and avoid the high temperature damage of the pulse solenoid valve plate.
5. The dust-proof cloth bag mouth adopts elastic rising ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable.
6. The frame of the dust collector is round, which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the skeleton, prolongs the life of the filter bag, and facilitates unloading the bag.
7. The upper bagging method is adopted. When the bag is changed, the top door is opened, and the bag can be changed after the skeleton is taken out, thereby improving the bag changing operation condition.
8. The cleaning control adopts timing, constant pressure and manual control. Every other cleaning cycle, the filter bags of each row are cleaned one by one.
9. The dust collector is outsourced with rock wool insulation to avoid condensation inside the dust collector.
10. Set the bypass valve at the air inlet to prevent the high temperature from damaging the dust bag.
The small boiler dust collector is a technology of the environmental protection industry and a product developed by the domestic environmental protection equipment factory.
