Purpose of Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer:
Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer is widely used for mixing self-hardening sand of large cast iron and steel castings. It is a movable adjustable lifting sand mixer with convenient operation and complete functions. It can be adjusted and selected according to different resin sand technological characteristics. The machine mainly consists of sand mixer, walking mechanism, sand bucket, electric pulling system and dust removal system.

The upper arm of sand mixer adopts maneuvering rotation mode and the lower arm is manual.
Pre-set multiple liquid material adding function to meet the needs of different proportions of surface sand, back sand, new sand and reclaimed sand.
Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer is easy to clean and maintain by using the opposite open sand mixing tank with stainless steel lining. The sand mixing blade is inlaid with carbide cutter head, which has a long service life.
The machine head is equipped with head and tailings control device, deodorization and dust removal device.
